To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact. This includes interactive wands (with all attachments unaltered), scratch balls (free from scratches, chew marks, or damage), and flying discs (without any dents, tears, or signs of use). We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, damaged, or modified, as they may pose a safety risk to other cats and cannot be resold.
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
